1000km (AJPC)

Do not attempt to track down or harass any of the scammers we post. We only ask that you report them, and maybe block them.

Hey all, Jade here with another scammer! A few days ago, I found this scammer in Jamaa Township, advertising a giveaway in their den.

I checked their trade list and found that they were giving away a Headdress and a Spiked Wristband. It's pretty rare to find legitimate giveaways for something as rare as a Headdress, so I was immediately suspicious. Me and a couple other Jammers went to their den, and they followed us in after a few moments.

When they came to their den, they told us that in order to win the items, we had to trade them good items and accept twice, then decline. This method is a new form of flash trading, which is essentially going all the way through with a trade and then canceling it at the last moment. It's a common tactic for scammers, since if they're fast enough, they can accept the trade before you decline it.

I asked them why they were doing the flash trading method, since doing a wheel would be easier and faster, and they immediately locked me out- likely to avoid further questioning.

After being locked out, I Jam-a-grammed everyone else who was in the den to tell them to be careful. I then waited around for a few minutes, and one of the people from the den eventually came to my den. I asked them what had happened, and they confirmed that they had been scammed.

Therefore, please report 1000km for scamming! Stay safe out there, and Jam On!
