    2. Hello Twilight!

I'm really sorry for this inconvenience! I actually sent a hangout dm to you, since you did indicate that you were contactable by hangouts. However, I haven't received any reply from you. Just checking, did you receive it?

    4. Hi,
We're sorry for the inconvenience! If you wish to discuss this further, please contact us via animaljamsass@outlook.com or by sending one of our staff members a message on Discord so we can talk to you about this.
The most likely reason you didn't receive a message is because either the email you entered was incorrect and the message was sent to the wrong person, or because you entered a school email. Some school districts' school emails are not set up to receive messages from non-school emails, which means the message we send does not go through.
Please reach out to us through one of the contact methods listed above and we will get back to you about this!

    5. Hello! I wanted to specify that I went to Narrow AJ's youtube channel, and I saw the link to the Spanish Version of Animal Jam. I could see that you guys are completely honest from just that. In theory, you can just go to the YouTube page and search up Narrow AJ. You can look at their channel banner and see that there is a link to a website called 'Spanish Animal Jam'. If you look under this user's videos, you can see that there is only one video and it is titled 'Linda Introducción Con Mis Amigos'. And from someone who grew up with a dad who knows Spanish, I knew that the phrase 'Amigo' meant a male human or animal. However, the phrase 'Amiga' means a female human or animal. Just from this, I could see that Seasonalrainforests did not speak Spanish, and however still may be from Spain or Mexico. Like I would, I didn't click on the link that lead to the fake Spanish Animal Jam, and then I decided to watch the user's single video. It turned out to have a speed up clip of 3 AJC users dancing and talking in Spanish about an intro contest. In the description it said: 'want a chance to win a black long? join my intro contest!

quieres una oportunidad de ganar un solido? unete a mi concurso de introducción!' So from all these clues and all the information, I was able to figure out that Seasonalrainforests is in fact, a scammer. Thank you for being honest and posting about this scammer/hacker so other jammers can be aware of this user, even though it may be banned.

    1. Hi,
If you have screenshot evidence of someone scamming, please check out our Report Scammers page. However, we will only accept evidence that actually shows the scammer scamming. If you don't have pictures of the scammer "in action", I'm not sure if we will be able to post about them.

  4. Hi again! This is actually just a suggestion comment, that is totally up to you whether you agree with it or not! But I was thinking: what if you made a separate, private discord that only the members of AJSASS could see for people that don't have a working email (like me lol) I applied today actually, but am worried that because I don't have an email you might reject it (and it's really ok if you do :) ) Anyways that's just a suggestion! Thanks :)

    1. Hi,
That's probably not something we're going to do. It takes a LOT of effort and organization to put together an entire Discord server. Plus, the majority of channels on our server are already private and only accessible for members of our team, which is where basically all our discussion and scheduling happens.
Sorry, but if you do not have a working email, you cannot be in AJSASS. As it is listed on our Joining page, having a working personal email is one of the main requirements to join the team, since we need it to send you your acceptance/denial email and to invite you to make posts on our blog. Applications that do not include a valid email are considered no-good by default, even if the rest of the application is fine, since we can't even send the person the email telling them they were accepted or rejected.
