Out looking for scammers when I saw this. This is almost always a scam - they would trade if they were being honest.
I said, 'Why can't we trade?' They ran to another server. I followed them there and they repeated this.
I said, 'What are we supposed to do about it?' They logged out.
Report them for scamming.
