Sweettooth9999 + Bandetthegamer + Katniss661 (AJPC)

Do not attempt to track down or harass any of the scammers we post. We only ask that you report them, and maybe block them.

Hey guys! It's Pluto here with my first ever scammer post! I was in Jamaa when I saw Sweettooth9999 offering a giveaway at their den. When someone is offering a giveaway, there is a chance it could be a scam.

I got in there and there were three other jammers, Bandetthegamer, Katniss661, and one other jammer. I quickly asked if this was a wheel and it wasn't. The reason I Included these two other jammers was that they were A. nonmembers with few achievements and B. they were defending Sweettooth. They were most likely working with the scammer.

Sweettooth then asked if we "trusted them". This followed with them explaining a very common trust scam. For those who don't know, a trust scam is when a jammer asks you to trade good items for their in-store items in the promise of trading it back in the end. However, what happens almost every time is that they end up running away with your items.

They claimed that they were "quitting", which prompted me to ask why not giveaway the items through a wheel. They responded by saying it was a test of sorts and it was just for fun.

I feel like I had all the information I needed to prove that this was a scam, but to check, I traded them a RIM, then declined when they tried to accept.

After I confronted them, I was almost instantly locked out of the den. Luckily, it was just me in the den at the end so nobody got scammed. To keep this from happening to you, never fall for trades that seem "too good to be true". Stay safe while trading and play wild!
