Hello there, Jammers. This is Agent Rome coming out from the shadows to tell you about a scammer that has come out of the woodwork.
saltt6 brought people to their den on the understanding that one of them would receive a silver party hat, a coveted item in the wide world of Animal Jam. People came and left, warning others of this continuous and (supposedly phony) giveaway.
saltt6 declared that to win participants would need to engage in a troll trading competition, a ''battle of rarity'', if you will. They proclaimed that one needed to accept twice, and then decline. I questioned their methods here, to which they insisted that I could decline and that it was perfectly safe.
I began to suspect that lea083 was an ally to the scammer. They were the only person willing to trade, and they would encourage others to join in with them. During this time, I subtly warned the Jammers who were not actively trading via Jam-A-Grams of what was going on. This led them to become more vocal.
saltt6 is shown here fishing for any last-minute trades, since no one aside from their alleged ally was participating.
lea083 raised the expectations of the competition, supposing that anyone who did not accept 3 times could be scammed. This is in contrast with saltt6's former statement that Jammers should, ''accept 2 times, and decline once.''
lea083 presented a slew of achievements, a common indicator of a long-time player. However, at the same time, whether it was to detract from this or whether it was their wacky fashion sense, they dressed poorly.
In stark contrast with lea083, saltt6 came up short with very few achievements. One may argue the account was only fairly recently created.
Luckily, no trades were sent from anyone besides lea083. Remember, in a giveaway, nobody should be giving up anything but the host! All trades should be fair, and if anyone tells you otherwise, go to another place in the game or log off! This is Agent Rome, telling you to stay safe and have a pawtastic time!
