What's up everyone! Today, I bring to you your next episode of Random Saturdays, and I'm quite excited to share with y'all this news! Let's go!
I recall a few weeks back when I wrote and Agent Insights episode about how scams can arise through the limited trade system of AJPW. If you haven't read it, you may find it here. Well, a few weeks later, Boom! We have a new trade system in AJPW! I will explain how it works in today's Random Saturday.
Alright. So, you start a trade like how you normally would on AJPW. You open someone's trade list, and click on the item you wanna trade. Then, click "Start Trade".
On the other side, the recipient will see something like this. When they hit "View", it will take both the sender and the recipient to the trade screen.
I made the following picture a little bigger to make it easier for y'all to see.
In the trade screen, you can now chat with the other party! I feel that it is a neat little addition! Anyway, to add to your trade, hit the "+" button.
It will take you to this screen, where you can add stuff onto your offer. The screen also shows you how many items you are offering for the trade. Unlike the old system, that only allows 4 items per trade, the new system allows you to trade up to 24 items at once! When you are done adding stuff, hit the lower red "X" button.
It will take you back to the original screen. Both you and the recipient can see what is being offered. Guess what? Another new feature is that the recipient can also add stuff to their end of the list! When both sides are satisfied, hit the "Accept Trade" button. Both sides have to hit the "Accept Trade" button to proceed.
This is what the screen looks like when one side has hit the "Accept Trade" button.
Finally, the last step is to confirm the trade. Similarly, both sides have to hit the green "Accept Trade" button for the trade to go through.
That's it from me today! My question to you is, what are your thoughts on the new system? Leave your comments down below!
Till next post, stay safe, and Jam on!
